Great location, easy transportation. the hotel is well located, with easy access to public transportation that allows you to get to all the tourist spots. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
Not very Christmassy and the staff wasn't very friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near Dapsimni subway station and public transportation. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering great value for money. Guests appreciate the large bathrooms and quiet atmosphere despite traffic. the staff is courteous, helpful, and holds onto luggage after check-out. Though breakfast is light, the adjoining coffee shop serves tasty, inexpensive pastries.
The hotel's location is not ideal for those wishing to be close to shopping centers or tourist spots in the city.

The Innostay was excellent. Close to subway station, helpful staff, clean and quiet room, superb beds, great bathroom. Excellent value.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is superb - just a stone's throw away from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It was also wonderful to have a delicious breakfast included in the price. The staff at the reception were very attentive and spoke fluent English, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a chic interior design. The highlight for me was definitely the bathroom, which featured a luxurious bath tub for some much-needed relaxation. this hotel offered great value for money with its attention to detail, basic amenities, and convenient location.
All was smooth sailing here, couldn't have asked for more.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location is excellent - it's very close to the MRT station, making it really convenient to get around the city. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing efficient and kind service throughout my stay. Lastly, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a nice bath tub and a comfortable bed. The value for money was also great, as the breakfast was included in the price.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was okay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were spotless and tidy with great amenities, including a spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. the staff were kind and approachable, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns.
The surrounding area lacked any interesting attractions or scenic views. there was an issue with the bathroom sink as it drained water very slowly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice during my trip. It is conveniently located near Dapsimni subway station, making it extremely easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The staff were kind and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in the room rate, providing a convenient start to my day.
My experience at this hotel was excellent, and I couldn't find any major issues.
